Take a break and watch a KPIS International School student do the Tabata Workout.
All classes in the lower elementary were assigned to do the Tabata Exercise. Tabata is a high-intensity workout that includes 20- second workout and 10-second rest. All in all, there will be 8 exercises that will be done.

8. Toe touches.
This workout was assigned to lower elementary students as the intensity is moderate.
