Dear Nursery – Kindergarten Parents,
We would like to extend our best wishes to all Kindergarten families and trust that you are all doing well. As informed earlier, KPIS will be implementing distance learning to provide support and learning opportunities during this time.
We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in enabling distance learning in early childhood as we are aware that children this age need a high level of interaction and hands on experiences to support their learning and development.
Please find the attached recommended daily schedule for your children. We understand that it may not work perfectly for all families; therefore, it is important that regular communication between you and your child’s teacher is maintained. We will do the best we can to support all our families.
Distance learning in Kindergarten will begin on Wednesday, March 18. Teachers have been working hard to put together online resources and learning packs. Parents are required to collect the learning packs tomorrow, March 17, KG breezeway at the following times:
Nursery: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Pre K1, Pre K2 and Kindergarten: 7:00 – 9:00 a.m and 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Parents make sure that you have your QR code ready to enter campus.
Expectations for Parents:
Follow updates from the school regarding overall school information
Follow teacher’s communication via line for daily schedule of activities
Help your child to follow the schedule as best as you can. Your child’s teacher will give daily learning expectations and are available for contact during school hours should you have any questions or concerns.
Collect pictures and/or videos of your child engaged in learning and activities. Teachers will inform you how and when they will need those pictures and/or videos.
We miss all the students dearly and we only wish we could see them in school every day. Take good care everyone!
