Our Educators
KPIS International School is very proud of its diverse, highly-qualified academic staff. One of KPIS’s greatest strengths is the professional quality and level of experience of its teaching and management staff. As a school, we are committed to recruiting and hiring teachers who are experienced and well trained to teach at the appropriate level/subject for the school. We also make sure that they are positive and child centered and are passionate about teaching our students. Teachers appreciate working in an environment where they feel supported and valued.

KPIS International School, Bangkok, Thailand employs 60 full-time teachers, 6 academic managers, and an additional 21 non-teaching academic staff, including counselors, librarians, specialists, and teaching assistants. Teachers at KPIS International School are qualified to teach in their subject areas and have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and/or a teaching license from their home countries, the Teaching Council of Thailand, or both. Forty five (45)% of teachers hold a master’s degree
and an additional 15% are currently enrolled in a higher degree program. KPIS teachers have an average of over eight (8) years of experience in education. The academic leadership team at KPIS International school year includes six educational managers, of which four are American, one is British, and one is Filipino. All managers hold at least a master’s degree,two of whom are completing doctorate degrees and one has a doctorate.
